Vital Support Systems is Recognized for Achieving Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence

Urbandale, Iowa – October 3, 2011 – Vital Support Systems, with offices in six Midwest locations, announced today that it has been recognized for achieving the Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star from Cisco Systems, the industry-leading manufacturer.

Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Based on regional target goals, Cisco measures the customer satisfaction levels achieved by its Gold, Silver and Premier Certified Partners over a rolling 12-month period. Partners that achieve outstanding customer satisfaction are honored with the Gold Star.

The Gold Star designation is reflected in Cisco’s Partner Locator tool, where customers and partners alike will be able to identify Vital Support Systems as having achieved outstanding customer satisfaction.
